All of our gold jewellery is individually made to order, requiring 8–10 weeks for crafting and hallmarking, followed by an additional 1–2 weeks to set your memorial stone with care.
 
As these pieces are custom-made, ring sizes must be confirmed accurately at the time of purchase. Once your gold order has been placed with our jeweller, no changes, cancellations, or size adjustments can be made.
 
Due to the bespoke nature and high cost of gold production, we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect sizing or changes of mind. We strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured before placing your order.
