Section 1: What’s Included in Your Warranty

✅ Free 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery.
✅ Coverage for manufacturing faults in jewellery metal or encapsulation resin.
✅ Hassle-free repair or replacement if a manufacturing defect occurs.

Section 2: What’s Not Covered

✘ Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, broken chains due to tension).
✘ Tarnishing caused by exposure to chemicals, water, or skin pH.
✘ Misuse or failure to follow Jewellery Care Instructions.
✘ Repairs or alterations by another jeweller (this voids the warranty).

Section 3: Jewellery Care Reminder

Sterling silver and gold jewellery can naturally tarnish over time.
Tip: Use the polishing cloth provided for quick daily cleaning and avoid chemicals or water exposure.

Section 4: How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 12 months of delivery.

Please Include:

  • Your Full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the jewellery

We’ll first try to repair your jewellery. If that’s not possible, we’ll replace it with a brand-new piece.

Section 5: After Your Warranty Ends

Claims after 12 months? No problem! We offer a chargeable repair service to keep your jewellery looking its best.
