Once you’ve placed your order, you have the option to purchase a Collection Postal Kit for a small additional fee. This kit is designed to make sending your inclusions (ashes, hair, fur, or breastmilk) as simple, safe, and respectful as possible.

Each kit includes:

• A sterile, clearly labelled container for your inclusion

• A secure, sealable bag

• A pre-addressed padded return envelope

• Full step-by-step instructions on how much to send and how to package it safely

Our kits are thoughtfully prepared with care and consideration to give you peace of mind during this sensitive process. We strongly recommend returning your inclusion via a tracked postal service for added security.

Please remember: only a very small amount is required to create your keepsake. We kindly advise not to send all you have left, and rest assured that we treat every inclusion with the utmost respect.
