Shipping & Returns Policy

 Please take a moment to read through our shipping information so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us. Processing Times as all our memorial jewellery is custom-made to order, please allow 4–8 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions (ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk, etc.) for your item to be completed. 

 

At Tilly & Co Memorial Jewellery, we offer a transparent shipping policy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We carefully package each handcrafted piece and provide various shipping methods to suit your needs. Our aim is to build trust and loyalty by delivering your cherished memorial jewellery with care and efficiency.

 

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 24hr tracked, ensuring your keepsake is tracked, insured, and delivered safely. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Shipping is 24hr tracked, for all our sterling silver jewellery and keepsakes, and use Special Recorded Delivery for Gold items
 

Inclusion Kits Once your order is placed, you will receive a FREE postal kit, this will include clear instructions, a labelled bag, and a secure PRE PAID return envelope.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you. Delays while we always aim to meet our stated timeframes, delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If any delay arises, we will keep you updated at every stage. Lost or Damaged Parcels All parcels are fully insured during transit. In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
