A little part of them with you always My Story Tilly & Co isn’t just a business to me; it’s a tribute to the people and pets I’ve loved, and a way to help others find comfort in keeping their loved ones close. I started Tilly & Co Memorial Jewellery through love, loss, and a promise to keep memories alive . In 2023, my world changed forever when I lost my little brother, Terry. While searching for a piece of memorial jewellery to honour him, I couldn’t find anything that felt truly personal or affordable. So, I decided to learn the craft myself. With Terry in my heart, I created my first memorial piece , and when I gave it to my family, their reaction showed me just how powerful these keepsakes could be. Not long after, I also said goodbye to my beloved Chihuahua Lola, and later my dear Mam, Gillian, who encouraged me to follow my passion and build this company. Every piece I make is handcrafted with love, compassion, and care . I know how important it is to hold something tangible that carries the memory of loved ones . That’s why I craft memorial jewellery that is meaningful, beautiful, and accessible. How to Send Your Inclusions At Tilly & Co, we take great care in preserving the memories of your loved ones. Below are clear, respectful instructions on how to send your chosen inclusions safely to our studio. Once you place your order a Free Postal Kit and Pre Paid return envelope will be sent out. Cremation Ashes • Please send approximately ¼ teaspoon of ashes in a labelled ziplock bag. If you are ordering more than four pieces, 1 teaspoon will be plenty. • Label the bag clearly with the name on your order and your order number. You can also include a sticky note inside the parcel with these details. • If you have less than ¼ teaspoon, that’s perfectly fine we can still create your piece. • Place the bag into the secure envelope or small padded envelope provided. Hair or Fur • Please send a few strands or about a half penny-sized amount in a labelled ziplock bag. • Clearly write the name associated with your order and the order number on the bag. • If you have less, please don’t worry we only need a tiny amount. • All unused hair or fur will be safely returned with your order. Clothing or Fabric • Cut a piece about the size of a penny or larger, and place it in a labelled ziplock bag. • Include the order name and number on the bag. • Any unused fabric will be returned with your jewellery. • We recommend using tracked post to ensure safe delivery. Flowers or Petals • Please avoid envelopes or plastic bags for flowers as these can trap moisture and cause mould. • Instead, place loose petals (around 2–3) in a small cardboard box, wrapped gently in a dry paper towel to allow air circulation. • Include a note inside the box with your name and order number. • You’re welcome to send more petals than needed any unused petals will be returned. Breastmilk • Once you choose a Breastmilk order the additional cost is £10 a collection kit with instructions and return envelope will be posted to the address on the order form. • The milk does not need to be frozen or refrigerated for postage. Other Inclusions If you are sending something not listed above (e.g. umbilical cord, sand, fur, fabric), please send around ¼ teaspoon or a penny-sized amount, following the same steps as you would for ashes. Sending More Than One Inclusion You are welcome to send multiple inclusions (e.g. ashes and hair) in the same parcel, but please place each in its own clearly labelled envelope. After Sending Once your inclusions arrive, we will email you a confirmation to say that your loved ones have arrived safely in our care.
